Andex trades around 5,000 cars per year across Europe and receives a high volume of daily purchase offers. For a lean organisation, analysing every offer manually became increasingly difficult as volumes grew.
“We don’t have a large team, while the number of offers keeps increasing,” says Tom Knaepkens. “Previously, we had to open multiple portals per country to assess whether a car was interesting and what a realistic purchase price would be. That took a lot of time.”

The software shows current market supply and allows direct navigation to local used-car platforms, giving Andex a realistic and up-to-date view of demand per country.
Beyond purchasing, Andex also uses JP.cars to spot international sales opportunities. “We monitor several countries continuously,” Tom explains. “When valuing a car, we can see which dealers are selling that model quickly.”
If a dealer sold several similar cars in the past 30 days and now has limited stock left, that insight helps Andex decide who to approach when they have just acquired a batch of those vehicles.
For Andex, speed and focus are decisive advantages. “The software mainly helps us increase our analysis capacity,” Tom concludes. “That matters a lot for an international wholesaler with a lean team.” As JP.cars expands further across Europe, the value for Andex will only increase through broader market coverage and more country-level data.
