Selling approximately 2500 new and 500 used cars per year, stock management was quite the challenge for ACB Group.

“It was not easy to manage vehicle prices consistently. We had shifted our focus to price reductions after four to six months, simply because we lacked the time to adjust our prices sooner,” says Serafijn Embrechts, Sales Manager Volvo Selekt & Used cars.

Serafijn was convinced by the demo and soon after, JP.cars implemented the software at the ACB Group. The car company mainly leverages the technology for revenue management. The software offers a daily overview of the market and flags the cars that should be advertised at a higher or lower price.

“We can respond faster to market changes, allowing us to manage our stock better. You see immediately whether your stock is priced well, which means that the chances of pricing yourself out of the market are much, much smaller,” says Serafijn.
